- Sauteed wild mushrooms in a thyme and parmesan tartlet with a poached quail's egg and truffled hollandaise
- Empanadillas filled with butternut squash, barrel aged feta, mint, pine nuts and raisins
- Thin, crispy pizzas with slow roasted cherry tomatoes, buffalo mozzarella, grilled artichoke
- Salt cod croquettes with saffron Aioli
- Blackened chicken skewers and a Skordalia dip
- Chargrilled, marinated lamb fillet with Babaganoush
