The Sponsor's reception for the new Francis Bacon exhibition at Tate Britain. Zafferano provided Champagne and exquisite canapes served by 43 of our very best staff.
The Menu
Served cold
- Crostini with buffalo mozzarella, roasted vine tomato and pesto
- Watermelon salad with feta and black olive served on a white contemporary spoon
- Lobster salad with broad bean puree and crisp pancetta served on a black contemporary spoon
- Buckwheat blinis with London smoked salmon, sour cream & Avruga caviar

- Roasted vine tomato and shallot tarte tatin
- Chicken and wild mushroom tartlet with summer herbs and tarragon cream
- Chargrilled fillet of lamb with a salsa verde to dip
- Guinness spiced beef with truffle oil on a tiny herb scone with parsley butter
