The Sponsor's reception for the new Francis Bacon exhibition at Tate Britain. Zafferano provided Champagne and exquisite canapes served by 43 of our very best staff.

  • Crostini with buffalo mozzarella, roasted vine tomato and pesto
  • Watermelon salad with feta and black olive served on a white contemporary spoon
  • Lobster salad with broad bean puree and crisp pancetta served on a black contemporary spoon
