Description
A high end dinner on the top floor of one of London’s most exciting design spaces. Tables were styled with Monet white linen and blue spiral charger plates. Perspex Ghost chairs completed the look.

Canapes
- Crostini with seared pepper beef carpaccio, horseradish mascarpone and wild rocket
- Chargrilled polenta with creamed goat’s cheese, roasted peppers, grilled baby artichoke and basil
- Buckwheat blinis with smoked salmon, sour cream & Avruga caviar
- Crab claw with taramasalata and sweet paprika on a black spoon
- Smoky aubergine filo baskets with yoghurt, tomato, cucumber and mint
- Sicilian-style saffron risotto croquettes
- Chargrilled lamb fillet with babaganoush to dip
- Seared diver scallops with gremolata and crisp samphire served in the shell

- Millefeuille of halloumi, marinated aubergine and sweet roasted peppers with tomatillo relish and basil puree
- Roasted fillet of Steve Hatt halibut, zafferano (saffron) mash, asparagus, baby spinach and lemon butter sauce
