Description

A high end dinner on the top floor of one of London’s most exciting design spaces. Tables were styled with Monet white linen and blue spiral charger plates. Perspex Ghost chairs completed the look.


Menu

Canapes

  • Crostini with seared pepper beef carpaccio, horseradish mascarpone and wild rocket
  • Chargrilled polenta with creamed goat’s cheese, roasted peppers, grilled baby artichoke and basil
  • Buckwheat blinis with smoked salmon, sour cream & Avruga caviar
  • Crab claw with taramasalata and sweet paprika on a black spoon
  • Smoky aubergine filo baskets with yoghurt, tomato, cucumber and mint
  • Sicilian-style saffron risotto croquettes
