The 5th Anniversary of HG Capital. With the Cheslea Flower Show as the backdrop to this stunning Summer event, Zafferano provided rickshaws for guests on arrival, The Madrigirls to sing during the reception, ‘live’ garden statues throughout the evening, swans on stilts, a sumptuous dinner, and a funky 70s band for guests to dance the night away.

• Soup shots of yellow tomato Gazpacho with a Manchego twirl
• Chilled avocado soup with Cornish crab and a panzanella dressing
• Smoked chicken with a brunoise of mango in a sesame seed filo cup
• Pizzette with baby leeks, Keldy goat’s cheese and pancetta

• Rhubarb and Ginger fool with its own compote with a ginger tuille biscuit in a twisted stem Martini glass
