Authentic chick-pea falafel, deep-fried to order, served in warm pitta bread with tahina, humus, shredded red cabbage, mayo and pickled cucumbers

Schwarma stand
Herb infused lamb, carved to order, with jewelled cous cous, a smoky tomato salsa, spicy yoghurt dressing served in warm tortilla wraps

Morrocan-style grilled Chicken with sweet paprika,
saffron, cumin and salted lemons
Served with a spring onion and coriander salsa

Chargrilled boned leg of lamb Morrocan style with juniper and mountain herbs

Goats cheese Crottin “Fattoush” with spicy breadcrumbs
red and yellow tomato, cucumber, mint and black olives
