- Cucumber cups filled with watermelon, feta, black olive and mint
- Squid ink bread with gravadlax
- Potato cakes with sweet herring, cream and beetroot crisps
- Chargrilled shrimp with lime, chilli and wasabi mayo to dip
- Baby scallops served in their shells with Norfolk samphire and hollandaise
- Crispy spinach and ricotta deep fried ravioli with deep fried sage leaves and a fresh plum tomato sauce to dip

- Welsh Goats cheese and leek tart with thyme and wild honey
- Seared fillet of red mullet with tapenade, herb-crushed new potatoes and brunoise of ratatouille
- White chocolate and cardamom mousse served in a silver espresso cup with a pistachio biscotti and edible silver leaf
The Cake
- A pyramid of 120 hand made cream cakes on three chocolate-tiered shelves. Each guest took a cake home in a customised box
