Exciting news here at Zaff HQ comes with the arrival or our new development chef Dan Styles.

Dan has an impressive provenance having cut his teeth with the likes of Anton Edelmann, Brian Turner, John Williams and Michel Roux, no less!

Dan’s arrival marks a new lighter, more feminine and playful food direction with

bold, bodacious new menus which sing the seasons

and give the occasional nod to our Italian origins.

Get in touch to see our new Spring Summer 2018 dinner menus which feature delectable dishes such as Stracciatella, Isle of Wight tomatoes, figs, Summer berries, grilled watermelon and parmesan frico or Sea bass, potato terrine, saffron pickled fennel, Cornish crab sauce and Strawberry and rosewater jam ripple ice cream sandwich, strawberry gazpacho, Cornish clotted cream and frosted petals.

Dan says “I’m really excited about the creative opportunities that working with Zafferano will bring my way. I love nothing more than working to a brief and creating really bespoke, original menus. Working in some truly unique venues is also really special.”
