What could be more romantic than a twinkling Christmas wedding? Carrie and Giorgio obviously agreed when they tasked the fabulous 19 Events with creating a truly personal celebration at super-stylish One Marylebone. The brief was old-fashioned glamour, and we were glad to oblige. From the canapés served on antique gilt mirrors, through to the 3-course dinner, to the “grand reveal” after-dinner cocktail bar and petit fours station.
Our client was delighted.
“Wow, wow, wow! A HUGE thank you for making the wedding flawless. The food was superb, the service was five star, your staff were smiling, smart and on point – like out of a movie. It was an absolute pleasure working with you guys and I loved every second, you were so patient with all the last-minute changes and you always answered yes to anything we asked for – I can’t believe how perfectly it went.
My favourite part of the evening, if I had to choose, was when the drapes were opened and your barmen were shaking the cocktails and putting on a performance… I was ecstatic!”
The glamorous bride and groom live part of the year in LA and are renowned in their circle of friends for their über-healthy lifestyle. So, after all the delicious but calorific food and cocktails, what would be the perfect going home gift for the 150 guests? Freshly-pressed green juice and vegan power balls (of course!), presented in a take-out bag, branded with their initials.
