Each of our talented party planners looks after their own clutch of venues – and they know them intimately: the hidden corners, the dramatic potential, the quirks good and bad. It’s in their interest to ensure you pick the right one. Here are their personal favourites:

Jo Moody: the A-lister

Go to Jo for the jewels in our crown: the British Museum, Kensington Palace, V&A, Royal Academy of Arts

Wallace Collection: A dinner in the glassed-in internal courtyard, all feathery Versailles trees and subtle lighting, is like dining inside a Chateau or Palazzo. Perfect for a corporate dinner for up to 160.

Royal Hospital Chelsea: the Main Hall transforms itself into an impressive party space for wedding and grand receptions. Sir Christopher Wren’s chapel is one of the most beautiful in London for weddings, carol services, etc.

Clare Hegarty: cutting edge

Museums and gallery spaces with a twist…  Clare loves to see the potential in a space.

Museum of London – few know that the Sackler Hall, the museum’s vast, contemporary hub, boasts the world’s only elliptical LED curtain. A clever choice for brand events and awards dinners.

Somerset House  – sheer diversity, from the historic paintings of the Courtauld Gallery, to the contemporary Portico Rooms, to the intimate, subterranean spaces of the Lightwells and Deadhouse, to the show-stopping courtyard… Top of Clare’s list is the cool and contemporary Embankment East wing, soon to host the landmark Valentino exhibition.

London Film Museum in Covent Garden – a newly-opened, crisp and clean space on the site of the old Flower Market, highly sought after for brand experience events and product launches.

Alice Palmer: wow factor

If you’re after something quirky and atmospheric, this is your woman.

The Cutty Sark – newly restored, and the jewel in Alice’s portfolio. That glassed-in dry berth still makes her jaw drop at every event.

Hawksmoor in the City – two churches; one working, one deconsecrated: Christ Church in Spitalfields and LSO St Luke’s. Both gloriously evocative.

Soane’s Museum – London’s most unexpected interior, and most atmospheric venue for a candlelit dinner.

Vivienne Gonley: intimate occasions

Foundling Museum – elegant yet intimate atmosphere, fascinating history. A favourite with our private clients. Viv loves to transform The Picture Gallery for anniversary dinners or big birthday parties, or the Court Room for an elegant dinner for 12-36 guests.
