Zafferano welcomes two new starters

We are delighted to introduce you to our two new members of staff, Mia Vilcins and Lulu Summerfield. These lovely ladies have joined the team as event producers, ready to dive head first into our busy Spring/Summer events calendar!

Mia joins having spent a number of years as an events executive at Historic Royal Palaces overseeing all types of events, from product launches to parties at the Tower of London. Mia commented: “Zafferano produces such fantastic, show-stopping events and I cannot wait to be a part of the planning process and yield some great results.”

Lulu joins the Zafferano team building on rich sales experience at Green & Fortune where she delivered fantastic results for the Rotunda Bar and Restaurant. Commenting on her appointment, Lulu said: “Having gained a lot of experience in the events industry, I am excited to apply my skills in a catering business as innovative as Zafferano. The creativity, passion and amazing food delivered by the whole company is something that I am incredibly excited to become a part of.”

This recruitment drive follows a period of significant growth for Zafferano at a time when confidence in the marketplace is high; we have seen a notable rise in enquiry levels. In 2017, we have already catered for 70 events and have also been added to the list of preferred caterers at The View from the Shard.
