Inspired by our Channel 4 partner Toast Ale’s Zero Waste ideology (i.e. Beer made from surplus bread) our mixologists have applied the same concept to cocktails, combining left over seasonal fruits, vegetables and super-foods with English artisan spirits to pack a nutritional punch. Current Zaff-favs are “Green is the new….” a zingy combination of cucumber skin, apple and pear pulp, kale and Black Cow vodka and “AA” (Alcoholic Antioxidant) an earthy combo of red grapes, beetroot, Rooibos tea and Sacred Gin.
