Food. Performance. Passion… Paleontology

2015 saw numerous virtuoso Zafferano performances at some of London’s most impressive venues, so we’re thrilled to begin the new year with the news that we are set to tread the boards at one of the greatest event stages of all – the iconic Natural History Museum.

Earth Hall 1 v2 Central Hall Sapinda 2

Not unlike ourselves, the Museum is undergoing some significant changes culminating with

a fond farewell to Dippy the Dinosaur  logo

and a bold hello to the (as yet un-nicknamed) Blue Whale skeleton which will be dramatically suspended from the ceiling of the Hintze Hall. When one hall closes, other ones open. From January 2017 the closure of the Hintze Hall will be more than compensated by hitherto unprecedented access to some of the Natural History Museum’s hidden gem spaces –  each with their own unique stories and exclusive charms.

More of this to follow but suffice to say we are honoured and excited to be accompanying the Natural History Museum on its journey.

Here’s to 2016!
